Ripped off. was told everything would cost around 200 and somehow ended up paying 500. Will never use uhaul again

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was dirty on the otside ( empty cans, debris and boxes. When I booked the truck, I selected in-person document processing because the office hours were listed as starting at 10:30 AM, and I booked the pickup for 11:00 AM. However, when I arrived, the office was closed, and I had to spend an additional 30 minutes completing the paperwork online.
KONSTANTIN KThe van was full of mud inside the back was full of cement dust and all the complimentary blankets where all over the place not inside the bag I order 10 blankets they here not inside the truck but I got changed for them I don’t know why the location I chose was changed for this one because I pass by the location I had picked and there here truck's outside the location and they open at nine in the morning I didn’t want to do the pick up when no one is around so these things don’t happen Thanks
Pedro GTruck was booked for 9:30am pick up. The key was not in the pick up box. The store was listed to open at 10am, however, no one came. We were on the phone with Uhaul for over an hour until one of us decided to check the key DROP OFF box and thankfully it was the same code. I was charged for 3 dollies (I only ordered one). Only one dolly was there but I was charged for three. I did not order blankets but those were also in the truck and I was charged for those as well. We wasted so much time trying to sort that stuff out that we started our move two hours later than we planned for. Not to mention the gas tank was almost empty. Worst uhaul experience so far.
