rafeeal gI have used Lehi indoor storage and gal a lot in the last 3 years. I don’t even think or look around because the units are clean and the trucks are always clean, and the stuff are so sweet and extremely nice and easy to work with
KATIE NWe had to be relocated from our first rental location. UHaul should stop using them as a rental location!!! Rideout Motors Sales & Service LLC 225 W State St Lehi, UT 84043 There was NO key in the lockbox (which was already open when we got there) and no one on site. We called their number a bunch of times and got no response. A UHaul agent relocated us to Lehi Indoor Storage and they were amazing! The front desk of Lehi Indoor Storage told us that Rideout Motors (our first rental location) is notorious for being unorganized and unprofessional. UHaul is a great company, but they need to assess their rental locations like Rideout Motors, and most likely stop partnering with them.
Tanner CThe trailer I rented was very old with rusted wheels and lug nuts and multiple dents with faded paint. I was very concerned about making a 1200-mile trip with the condition of the trailer. The condition of the tires and wheels was my greatest concern as the tires looked very worn with uneven wear and showed signs of belt separation. The personnel renting the trailer said there it is take it or leave it. They offered no assistance with connecting the trailer, inspection, or even carrying out the furniture pads. I would not rent from this "Neighborhood U-Haul / Storage facility" again.
