Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat service. From Ranger Auto Parts. Very Friendly and professional!
KEVIN BWe picked it up and dropped it off to an empty lot. No person was around to rate. We left the truck with over a quarter of a tank more than when we picked it up and got nothing back. Called the customer service line, he made a ticket for us. Never herd from anyone. Location was great, UHAUL, not so much. That's $30 worth of gas, basically stolen. So we ended up paying $175 to rent a truck for less than 12 hours!! We will not use your services again.
Renee SWe were involved in the Kentucky floods and our vehicle was swept away along with the u-haul key. We couldn’t get another key. U-haul originally said it was going to be $350 to have a locksmith come out and make a key. Once informed of our situation they waved the fee, sent out a flat bed wrecker to pick it up and ended up refunding almost all our original fees. Outstanding customer service and support. Thank you.
Reginald BThe gas meter they marked on the truck was less than the one in the paper. I returned the exact same amount that I took a photo on my phone, but they charged me an extra gas fee.
