Not one uhaul employee on site. Had to talk to some random man on the phone, had to send him pictures of my DL thru whatsapp since the uhaul website kept giving problems. Did not have all items on reservation Even though I called days prior and specifically asked that all items be ready. The representative on the phone said Yes all is good to go. I called and asked because this was the Second time uhaul failed to deliver. I gave a second chance and had the same Problem Again. Please see previous reservation.

From the location of the truck, the truck being on E and being told urs enough for me to do a round trip and that he doesnt get a card to fill up the gas he does it himself is insane. I had to put gas in the truck soon as I left because the light came on. Also the drop off location isn't safe it's in the back of the building that's not well lit and you have to take lots of pics of the vehicle when dropping it off all while looking over your shoulders. Definitely wouldn't recommend!
LaTonia WTerrible experience. Made the reservation five days in advance to pick up at Chevron in Coppell. Location accepted the reservation, then change its mind and put me at a location in a different city. Called UHAUL, they changed the pick-up location again to a make-shift Pilipino food store with no one at the location to hand off the keys. Truck was filled with garbage from the previous user.
PATRICK HKabayan was not the original pick-up location. The location was changed by U-Haul. I arrived at my scheduled pick-up time 10:00 A.M. and the store wasn't open. Around 10:05 I actually had to call the store and let them know I was there to pick up the truck and was told we are on the way. The delay in getting the truck caused me to lose the movers I hired, so I was stuck scrambling to get help to move my belongings from my third-floor apartment.
BRIDGETT PNo U-Haul signs anywhere. Wasn't sure if I was in the right place until I figured out where to go and talk to someone. Lady was nice, but gave me no info about what to expect to confirm my truck was received.
