Not helpful handed key to you. Asked if we would get a receipt. Was told it will go to the email ' told this rudely ' if we asked another question. Told the same thing rudely. Place has a few trucks wondering looking for truck. Not that big of a deal. This place just not helpful and kinda rude

The staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend this location many times over.
LYUBOV VDid not hook up my trailer rental properly. Came loose on a BRIDGE with my little one in the back seat. If they do not know how to hook up a trailer, they should not be doing it at all. This employee put mine and my little ones life at risk. It could have been a whole lot worse then it was.

Tried to pick up truck with it and had to jump through hoops for about 30 minutes then had to call u haul to allow us to pick up the truck 20 minutes east of where I set it up to pick up. Since u haul rescheduled without approval for me to pick it up an extra 20 minutes away then the app f up, I was an hour behind before I could leave 20 minutes east of where I need to load the truck. That part was unexceptable. Truck was clean, preped, and ready to go with 2 dollies. No mechanical issues and got 9.5 mpg
VERONICA AThis location provided fantastic customer service, very professonal and friendly. I would recomend this location to anyone needing a rental. It was a little further to pick it up and return it but was worth the extra drive. Uhaul should be proud of this rental location.
