I requested counter pick up, and this site was self pick up. I do deliveries to this same address five or six times a year. I deliberately choose a pick up location close to me so that I am not charged for extra miles. This pick up location added several miles to my distance driven that I had to pay extra for. Finally, when I go to this destination, it usually gives me two days, and if not, I can make arrangements at the counter about that and not get charged. With no counter to rent from, I couldn't do that. With the extra distance, and the extra day somehow not given when I made the contract, and no one to speak to about it, I am out $88 more than I expected or planned for. There was nothing wrong with the pick up location, but this rental left me dissatified for these reasons.

Great location for us
MICHAEL BIt took me all the way 1 and half hour to get me truck. On top of it I was missing dollie.
