Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI see a well-oiled machine here...Keep up the good work.
Gary BAt the return of the vehicle, the gentleman greeted me kindly. He inspected the vehicle promptly and I was on my way. Thank you.
MARTIN RThe appliances dolly provided was not the same as advertised in the website for rental. Thie orange one was replaced by the blue one, which was malfunction.
Tuan NI chose mobile pickup. No code was shared to me and had to wait an hour for store to open and get access to truck. Also i filled 4 gallons of petrol right before dropping the truck and i was still charged with 5 gallons of petrol. Total distance driven was 40 miles. I don’t care about this $25 charge but i think its not fair.
