Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was parked on a hill and I had to back a 15ft truck into hwy 101. I was also charged more than I was told at return of truck
Brent RThe owner went the extra mile to make sure I understood all of the charges on my receipt when I dropped off the truck. I learned something new about saving money. I also gained more knowledge about Truck Share 24/7 at Pick Up since the place was not open at the time of Pick Up. Customers need to know these options are available when you own a smart phone. It is not all that bad for a 64-year old🥳 to try new ways to interact in a business in this way. I recommend everyone try both the face-to-face and the digital experience. This location has added value in that it is an amazing antiques store! Even if you don’t need any more things, a person can browse and reminisce with an ocean view at the 2nd level. It’s not ADA though to reach the top floor.
