Scheduled for 2p pickup. We showed up and it was their lunch hour from 1:30 to 2:30 and he didn’t arrive until 2:45. Girl in training was unable to help us. Waited 45 minutes from our scheduled time to begin pickup process
Wayne SThey had me pick up all the way across town when there was a place right across the street from me and I kept having to call to see what was going on and see where and when to pick up the truck. I will not be using uhaul ever again.
JAMES Every bad customer service gentleman at the front counter yells cursed at me. I believe nobody should be treated that way.I will not recommend this place to nobody. Plus he overcharges.
RUBEN MMake sure customers know that you have to complete the on line form to get a code to open the box. I was unclear on this and thought I could just go in and get the keys. I never received a code after I completed the process and I had to call the 800 # to get the code.
