Dropped off the u haul and no one at the location. Sign said they opened at 8 it was 8:15 when I showed up.

They were SO NICE.
WILLIAM BWe were unable to actually check out with our trailer and had no contract or paperwork while we were traveling across the state with the u-haul. It was around 12 hours before we received confirmation that the trailer had been checked out to us. The woman at the location said she had to have a picture of our drivers license and credit card because the system was down, we did not let a picture of our credit card be taken but there was a picture of our drivers license taken, I don't know that it was necessary. When we received our confirmation that the payment had gone through we received two confirmations, I am still waiting for the credit card to process to see if we were charged for two rentals or why we were sent two confirmations.

JOHN GClean and use proper gas I took pic and was still charged .. never seen 13 miles use 2 gallons gas but all good waste money never again rent a dirty ass truck and be charged cuz somebody else didn't do there job B4 I rented it
