We use Uhaul trucks a couple times a year. This is the first time I have ever received a dirty truck. The attached dolly was missing and the blankets had been used. We had to clean the back out before we could use it.

Truck was low on fuel, when it indicated it was at half a tank. Cab smelled of spoiled food, back was dirty and not swept out. Also had to. Deal with a flatt tire. No one was available at the business forr check out or check in total disaster of a moving experience.
JOHN HGoogle and your app both said the drop off location was open, but upon arrival it was closed. I was also not able to receive my credit for not having 2 trollies.
