The truck had the roughest ride, and I felt every bump driving down every road. I-20 is not the smoothest interstate with that being said I had to two fist (not hold) the steering wheel while driving down I-20 to keep the vehicle from driving off the interstate. In short the vehicle did wear me out, hands, arms, knees, and lower back. I am use to driving vehicles of this size, but I could not image someone driving this vehicle with no prior experience. The windshield wipers were worn, the windows looked like they was cleaned with an oily cloth, the brakes were hit and miss, and the windows fogged up something awful. The vehicle could use some attention
Thomas WEquipment is located remotely from the office. Would be helpful if both were in the same place. Staff is friendly enough but this is very much a "do it yourself" operation from trailer selection to hook up.
PETE NWhile pick up was convenient and equipment was in good condition, staff did not seem to be very well trained. Staff was friendly, however.
