Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally dispute the additional charges applied to my vehicle rental. I arrived at the designated vehicle return location at 9:24 AM on July 20. Upon my arrival, I was unable to complete the return because the mobile application was not functioning. I immediately informed your representative, who assured me that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, the vehicle return was not processed until 10:06 AM on July 20. As a result, I was charged for an extended rental period despite the fact that I had arrived at the return location more than 40 minutes earlier. I have photographic evidence clearly showing the date and time of my arrival. In addition, the actual distance driven was 4 miles, which is also supported by photographs taken at the time of return. I brought this to the representative's attention, but my evidence was disregarded. The final rental record incorrectly states that I drove 6 miles, resulting in an additional mileage charge of nearly $8. I respectfully request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, review the evidence, correct both the return time and the recorded mileage, and refund all charges that were incorrectly applied to my rental. Truck floor was extremely dusty, had to sweep before we could use.
Myron TStaff didn’t really seem to have a good handle on processing our rental when we picked it up and even less when we returned it. Trailer didn’t have a wiring harness so I had to “borrow” one from another trailer and there was no jack on the hitch… took two of us to lift the trailer on and off the ball on my truck.
