I called ahead of time to the 800 number and was given a two-day quote even though he knew I would need more than 48 hours. I was ambushed with the price because he said it would be the same as long as it was returned in the third day.Alexandria O.
The location was awesome but the process for picking up was horrible!! I picked up 1:30am so of course there wasn't any line personnel at the location for me to do deal with so I done the Mobil pick up. I provided all info needed in order to do so. I gave a pic of myself, the front and back of DL, my lease agreement for my house and an alternative contact and the First Lady that I spoke with (Michelle) still denied my pick up. She was really BAD with customer service. What should have taken me a total of 10 min to complete took me over an hour because of her and I did everything I was supposed to do correctly and everything she asked of me! Ridiculous!!! However, the second lady I spoke with (Lisa) made it very easy and once I was in contact with her the whole process took 10 minuets and I was in my truck and out of there.Brittany S.

Personally believe rates are overcharged especially for an extremely local move as this was. Was under the mileage paid for, picked up truck with 1/4 tank and returned over half tank with zero thought of reimbursement or credit. Also, truck was poorly maintained as brakes barely worked and nearly caused a collision.lance S.

there seamed to be a not really wanting to help you attitude. however the associate did un-hook the dolly and place it in storage for me. however he then walked off with out even a good bye. I have for 33 years been running a customer bases business and I never nor will I ever treat a customer in this manner.malcom G.
I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. Gave all my info. In person.Keith told us to call him the day before to remind him of our reservation. I did. He told me he was on a delivery and he would call me back. He didn't. We arrived at 8 that Saturday morning to pick up the truck and car transporter as he had initially told us he closes at 12 noon. So we wanted to get the truck loaded and get back there so he could secure the car. He was at the office but told us he was getting ready to leave for Dallas! He couldn't find my reservation, so I had to give him all the information again. He had to make several calls to get the information in. We did get the truck and transporter but he was leaving and we would have to load and secure the car ourselves. Horrible, unsafe, poor customer service.carole B.

The truck was dirty, I had to wipe it all down. The gas was low, and it took a long time to get anyone's attention just to check out the truck.JUSTIN D.
In my case I had to pick up a non running vehicle. So, to make it safer I needed a remote controlled winch.I was alone but was fortunate enough to find help to load and then someone to steer while I unloaded.rhonda C.
