Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot clear where to park large trucks, most of the space does not accommodate size. Minimal to no U-Haul signage to identify location that is shared with other businesses.
CHRIS LU-Haul needs to make it clear to every dealer that they can't require a trailer be brought back to the rental location, I spent hundreds of miles running around trying to find a dealer that would do one way rentals and was turned away at every one until I placed my order on-line, the dealers in Blaine, MN, Coon Rapids, MN, Elk River, MN, and New Brighton, MN, all refused a one-way rental, is that not how U-Haul got their start. I will buy a trailer before I ever rent another from you.
james BThere were so many issues getting the vehicle, getting the equipment I was supposed to have, and just providing the information in general. Would not recommend.
