Nothing. This person was helpful and knowledgeable about the whole UHaul business. The only thing is, because I paid cash, I had to put down a $60 deposit...cash. When I took the trailer back the lady said the company will issue a check. I wasn't happy about it, but at least I should get my $60 back.

Sharon WInside of cab was dirty. Not horrible but you could tell someone had just used it. Very friendly staff.
JENNIFER GI returned after hours so no staff were present to evaluate helpfulness. Great experience overall. I was surprised by the extra charge at return. I expected about $40-50 not $158. I'm sure it is correct because the calculated mileage was off.
