The over all automated service was a little wonky. I had to call a specialist to guide me through picking up the truck using the app, because the location was closed. You could streamline the uhaul app so people don't have to call in and waste valuable time being guided through the process.
Jospeh wThe clearly-marked location for key drop-off is no longer the key drop-off location. There is a hand written sign that says the drop box is "that way", but nothing to actually indicate otherwise where the key drop is. I was told location of key drop is on the website, looked there prior to interaction during return and did not see anything about UHaul at all. Individuals are not personable, U-Haul sign sits back from road too much to even see, no clear signs for U-Haul office location, hours of availability, etc. Put up better signage for the rental of UHaul trucks and equipment, the key return, and hours of availability, add better into to website.

JASON LTook truck back , we talked to a person at pick up point said we wouldn’t have truck dropped off till 430 , said it was ok and they charged us an extra day which was not what we agreed on , very disappointed
