Have the availability to check in, in person vs. using the app. The app is semi confusing. It did not want to open and load. After that worked… things were smoother. The staff at this location was extremely helpful. The truck was fantastic, greater gas mileage than I thought I would have gotten. The truck was extremely clean and well maintained. No one helped me ended up just leaving it there because they wouldn’t answer a phone
DARRELL SI think that because of road construction and some delays I got changed from half and it's not right that you charge people for delays cased by road construction. I probably will never rent a u hal again because of uhal not the place that I rented from I also returned the truck with more gas than when I took it so no credit for that even . I get it's a business but I think that uhal takes advantage of people who try to do good things . It was clean and well taken care of.
