I was charged for 3 days instead of 2 days. Truck was old the radio went off and on the steering wheel had a weird feeling

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation was not open upon arrival. This was the second location because the first were a no-show as well. The truck itself was in horrible condition and felt unsafe to drive, with the brakes causing the entire truck to shudder when applied. In addition the interior of the truck was falling apart with the light controls just hanging from the dashboard. We did not try and rent another vehicle because we were in a time crunch and reservations had to be moved around because of unprofessional business owners. The overall experience was very poor and I will not be using Uhual in the future. Just as everything else in this country is falling apart, so is Uhaul it seems.

Akeem JThe location was fine but U-Haul itself SUCKS. U-haul didn’t make sure the dolly was available, didn’t accommodate me so that I could get one and also charged me for it. I called about the charge and was still charged.
Alicia PMany of the locations are closed and offer no assurance or customer service when needed. The mobile app is okay but often doesn’t work well and is very time consuming.
