No personal just dropped the truck

Chervonne AThe location was supposed to be open at 10am and no one was in the office and we were locked outside the gates. It took awhile to figure out the return through the website which took several times to actually work and go to the photos to complete the return.
Kenneth FDo not use this site. I was scheduled to pick up my rental at 0700. I did not get it until 1000. U-Haul customer service had to intervene. The location’s manager did not return my call until 1130.
