Delando J.You're charging me for an extra fee concerning the truck rental for April 29th 2023 saying that I didn't return the truck. On that day while returning this vehicle, I was in an accident which made it undriveable and was towed to dekalb county vehicle lot. This information was provided to your insurance provider and to roadside service. Why are you adding additional fees on me for the vehicle which was undriveable? I did my part by contacting uhaul immediately after it happened. I paid for you people's insurance so why am I being harassed?
