The management team was great, the process was very smooth. They explained everything up front, and there was no room given for error! Over all "Excellent Service" from all the staff! Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Service. I will use this location from here on out!

I rented the U-Haul truck during the day and I was supposed to turn it in the same night. Once the sun set I realized that the truck had absolutely NO working headlights. This means I had to go turn in the truck while holding a finger on the high beams button the whole time in order to see. On top of that the truck was making a weird screeching noise every time I hit the brakes. They did not do any prechecks to make sure it was in working condition before renting it to me. 2/10 would not recommend renting here unless you really have to.

DENA MInside of truck wan neat and clean - outside of truck had very dirty sides. Truck functioned well and had great speed response to normal driving conditions. Vision aid around was adequate.
