Julie jI reserved a uhaul truck with an auto transport that was quoted $300 for the auto transport. the day before pick up my reservation got cancelled, not by me. when uncancelling a lady told me she had no auto transport but in a town the opposite direction i would be driving. so the day of my uhaul pick up i planned to find another uhaul that may have an available auto transport. found one in golden colorado. I asked the lady to make sure it would be the same charge of $300 and she said yes. but when i went to the golden location they quoted me at $1200. I couldnt believe that. thankfully they discounted the rate down to $800. but im highly dissappointed and dissatifised with whoever quoted that autotransport for $300. I feel uhaul should reimburse me for $500 for the inconvience of my entire move.
CENDY JMaybe if the gas tank were topped off. Other than that, truck was clean and ready, staff was friendly and helpful. I'll rent from here again.
