This was a muddy field with no personnel. I’m not sure why U-Haul changed my drop off location to this spot when two other U-Haul businesses were located within 4 to 5 miles that clearly had trailers as well. Other U-Haul equipment and vehicles in this field were covered in mud from rednecks doing donuts and slinging mud with their four-wheel-drive pick up trucks. I highly recommend U-Haul discontinue use of this field.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisReserved the truck at Home Furniture in Live Oak Florida. Went back the next day to pick it up. They had the same trucks there as the night before. However, I was told that the reservation was for another location. After a heated discussion we went across town to pick up the truck. Had to wait approx 30 minutes for them to put gas in vehicle. After getting the truck we had to put more gas in it to be able to use. The truck had empty water bottles and trash under and behind seats. The sound of engine and trans shifting, we prayed we could finish before it quit running. When we went to turn it back in the sign on the door showed they were open. But, was closed. Called 2 different numbers that went voice mail. Called another location to turn in, but we're not able to turn it in, because of some crap about it being a run around truck. While at the other location, I got a call back from the other site and was told that they would not be there until 4:15 that afternoon. Was quoted a rental price but when we picked it up we were charged $60 more than the quote. Was turned in a day earlier than expected, yet no refund on the day not used. Was told to leave truck in front of building unlocked. I took pictures of gas gauge, mileage and numerous inside and outside pictures of the truck. I would call uhaul a Mickey Mouse outfit, but that would be giving Mickey a bad name. I will NEVER use haul again. If anyone is thinking of using haul. Be aware and CHECK everything closely. I felt they were more of a SCAM than a rental.
