The staff was not there when I showed up at 9 am. The trailer looked like someone was living in it and was smoking and tried to start fire with cigarette packages.

When my boyfriend showed up to pick the trailer up it was covered in snow and no assistance was offered to help (snow storm) also when i was in the day before to check that the trailer was there and ready to go for the next day I waited awhile before anyone showed up at the front desk.
