Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey help as much as they could. But nothing about the leaks but ask where they were.
david sIt was self drop off. Update your survey, I didn't interact with any personnel. Self drop off went way smoother than pick up, but I had to call to get my drop off location moved.
Dalton KNothing. Great equipment, friendly personnel. I’d gladly go back to this location
Dwight JMy reservation was mixed up by ACE hardware, which put me behind. My explanation from the cashier was verbatim "They moved it down". I kindly asked what that was supposed to mean and the cashier didn't answer my question. The uhaul truck had cereal and debris on the passenger side floor and a fancy vanilla Christmas tree air fresher on the front dash. There was also some sticky gunk on the steering wheel that smelled like ketchup. I wish I was making this up... Overall, the truck ran fine and it served its purpose, which was the most important part. Thank you.
