Location was fine. Owner helped help chose a more proper rental. The truck I rented was clean , but was showing its age. 123k miles on the odometer seemed to run ok but Check engine light was on constantly. The ride was terrible. Any speed above 58mph it shook badly felt it in the steering wheel. I have driven several large vehicles like this and this one needs attention. It had no left rear signal lights or running lights. As I used this unit for local moving it was tolerable, but for a long distance move it would be nerve racking. Please have someone evaluate this vehicle.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no personnel there for UHaul. You had to find parking bc it was in a small area with a gas station. Not enough parking space for UHaul trucks. No instructions on where to park the truck and the location of lock box. I returned the truck with more gas than what I pick it up with and I don’t like that at all.
Marika FTruck was dirty in cab and back. Windshield had a crack and the battery died.

Rena MTook longer than expected, over an hour and incoming customers were a priority before me.
