I returned my vehicle before time bye when I got to the location because the way the building is structured on the street. I could not safely pull the truck into the lot. There was a car also blocking the entrance because it’s a storage facility as well. When I called I was told another location to drop the truck which was 2 streets away and they STILL tried to charge me for that. Even making sure with the agent I spoke with that it was ok.
