Great pick-up location. This wasn't my first time renting, so the process was easy since I knew the steps. I ordered a 12-pack of quilted blankets but didn't receive them. I checked with customer service to make sure I wasn't charged, and I wasn't. Overall, I'd pick up from this location again.
