websites indicate that they're open until 12am but they actually close at 9:30pm. for after hours drop off they don't have a key drop off box. so what's the point of dropping the truck off after hours if i have to go back to give them a key when they open?Christopher C.

There needs to be better policies for gas (this is not exclusive to this location but any time I have rented uhaul) The gas should always be topped up full before taking and none of this guessing stuff, I was told it was full when I left, so I filled it when I was done, and there was no way it cost $18 in gas for 9km total Other times I have rented it's been at odd spots like 1/4 and I had to try and guess what that was.. fix this policyDonald B.

The service provider was polite and courteous. The service provider did not circle the vehicle with me or confirm the km. The interior of the cab was rather dirty and thought it would've been cleaned prior to each use, especially during Covid-19. When I went to return after hours, the U-Haul page would not allow me to share my location even though my location services were on. I was unable to continue with the mobile drop off due to this. Luckily the shop owner was still there and unlocked the store door and I gave him the key. I was also surprised to notice that a $15 fee was added for coverage, despite me selecting in the initial page that I declined and knew I was responsible for the 25k USD vehicle. I would use your service again, just a little disappointed this timeDon D.

Provide vehicle that get decent mileage. We only drove 30 kms and it cost over 17.00 to fill the tank back to full. This was only a van not a big truck. Ridiculous.David B.
The employee at this location who was renting the U-Haul van to me started by telling me that women are terrible drivers and men should be driving. He then tried to charge me for insurance even though I had already declined it. When I returned the van, the same employee accused me of not replacing the fuel used (I did, immediately prior to returning the van) and tried to charge me for fuel.
