I didnt pick insurance on my reservation and the guy at store add rental without asking to me and when i checked before i take key from him i asked him that i dont rental and he said first he was added and then he removed it.. but i got charge on my invoice

Parking/exiting was very tight and crowded. With that said, he was very friendly, helpful and honest about all charges.
EUGENE GThe truck was clean and pickup was easy. problem was the right rear lights did not work and i did not know this untill i was already loaded on the road so did not have have right turn signal or break lights.

Kayla BThere were two things I would like to point out. I think that I excessed the KM contracted because the place where i was supposed to return was to far of the city. Second the amount that was in the fuel tank was the same as I received, however I was told that it didn't match. It is always an issue this point.There should be a better way to show the measurement.
