Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI didn’t enjoy the ‘do it yourself’ aspect as this was not the promised experience and very disappointing in contrast to most of my other experiences with UHaul. Overall it was one conundrum after another with this rental.
Merideth HThey called after saying I left with no contract.
Anne MWorst service ever from U haul.. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with U haul service.
Chaitanya DTruck was dirty when we picked it up workers refused to check us in and kept trying to get us to use online check in. Charged us for equipment they knew wasn't in the truck. And no mention of a combo for the key drop off on return had to call and wait on hold to figure it out. Lock was super rusty too hard to open.
