We made a change to our drop-off location last minute with the kind help of a customer service representative over the phone. However, when we arrived to the agreed upon location, we were actually told that we were not allowed to park our truck there. We ended up having to drive additional miles down the road and were very late for a dinner reservation due to this inconvenience.

We were not told that our U-Haul was behind the building, and there was one in front which we had assumed was ours, even though the number did not match up. This delay cost us an hour in our rental time because we could not access the key nor was the location open. We had to wait until the pick up location was open and go in and ask for help . It is imperative that all Communication be available through the app itself. I even called customer service and they were unable to help me.. When I returned my rental I was asked to take a picture to show where I left it for the next people to use it. This type of picture was not used for my rental. Very disappointed.
