Truck was absolutely filthy. Took pic when I got home when I opened it. Was raining and truck was leaking from top left in cab behind driver preventing us from using the top for storage which made it extremely tight for filling truck because of that. Pictures if required. Otherwise Customer Service was excellent to deal with. Booking, pick-up and returning.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was not clean, and I ordered a trolley for furniture, but they didn't have it and had to use another one, which had no edge, so it was NOT useful that much. Although, the guy in the store was nice and respectful, to be honest.
