I reserved the truck online for a Saturday pick up, was later called and told it wasn't going to be available until 10am the next day. Pushed it to next day, waited 2 hours past that at the location for the truck.

Luis FThis location needs a reminder to check for add ons, like the moving pads, they forgot to include them, and I forgot to check.
Jonathan CWhen a representative reviews the truck check with the location owner on any issues it anomalies that may have taken place that the renter may have expressed before taking the rental. For example the fuel level, it it is different than indicated etc.
