Got charged for items that were not requested for the move and also ones that were not even provided with the truck. I got charged for 6 gallons of gas after traveling only 10 miles with my items. I left the gas tank over half full which is more than I got it at but on the receipt it was marked at 1/4.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was clean, but from the start, the "tire service" dash light was on and soon into the rental, the "airbag service" light came on. Everything worked fine, but the lights made me a little nervous. My actual miles were 20 over my estimate. But, I returned the truck very clean, with folded blankets and more gas than when I started. It would have been nice to have the extra charges be a wash.

Cesario WWhile attempting to inspect the truck, there was a man on-site who did not appear to work for the location and had his dog behind the gate. The situation made me feel uncomfortable and pressured to leave before I could complete a proper inspection, even after explaining that the inspection was required. I was also charged the $30 fuel fee even though I received the truck with the fuel gauge on empty. Unfortunately, I did not mark this during the inspection process because I felt rushed at the time. Additionally, the truck smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made for an unpleasant experience. Due to these issues, I will not be picking up from this location again.
