My reservation was cancelled last minute twice! Don't call it a reservation, nothing was RESERVED for me. Both cancellations were last minute.

I was overcharged for a dolly I did not rent
Pour website. Pour or non existent customer service. Can't call them. No one picks up phone. Website is deseptive and hard to manage.
There were too many people inside, both customers and employees, not wearing facial coverings. I could not get out of there fast enough. Facial covering save lives, please enforce this as policy.
I waited in line a long time to be helped while the manager took smoothie orders and then was overcharged (charged for two trucks as well as overcharged for gas refill), but was told they couldn't fix it and transferred me to customer service and now I have to wait until Thursday just to hear back.
The guy we had contact with upon return, was amazing, professional and had us out in no time. Great employee!!!!
The vehicle was dirty, unkempt and it appears your organization has not put in covid19 safety procedures in places. the vehicle was on empty no gas. the store manager needs o be retrained and the store operates like his brain. Horrible experience !
The two crew members who assisted me during pick we awesome.
This is the second time I have been to this location during last two weeks. Both, I got really upset. I will start with the second time which is related to this reservation. I dropped by the location and asked for a motorcycle utility trailer. The lady serving me checked the system and assigned one of the two standing outside. When she was preparing the contract, she started asking questions about when I will return the equipment. As I know how short UHaul is sometimes on the equipment these days, I answered honestly that I will probably return it in couple of hours and I know the procedure to return it during off hours. She said, â€œok, I am writing here 9:00pmâ€ and hit the enter. I said, is this not the daily rate? Why are you limiting me with the time? If I can't return it during the time I estimate, I don't want to deal with late charges and she logged in again to change the contract. I felt she was trying to push me to pay extra by using my own words. I felt really tired that night and secured the trailer and returned it the next morning. The guy who was taking the trailer from me quickly said â€œfortytwoand something is that ok?â€œ I said why is that sir? $14 for the rental, $8 for the insurance, it should be 22something and after clicking plenty times on his hand held device he corrected the amount. I had the same feeling that I was tried to be ripped off. Then when I had a careful look on the contract I was given by the lady the day before, I figured that she put there a $20 fee for returning the equipment during off time, which I never saw before. I just returned one of your trucks late in the night to some other location and there was no such fee neither on the contract nor on the final bill. The previous one, I went to this place three days ahead to get a reservation for a 15' moving truck on saturday. They made an appointment for 9:00am in the morning and secured a $90 on my credit card. I went to the place to get my truck at 10:45am. I was answered that my reservation was cancelled and they gave the truck to someone else. I said I made all the arrangements to move that day and not having the truck puts me in real bad situation, how could that be? And the guy raised his voice asking me if I let them know if I was going to be late? I said yourself made the reservation couple days ago and never mentioned that I should be on time to pick it up, nothing is written on the reservation stating any such timeframe, nobody gave me a call to ask me if I was coming or not and they already have my credit card details and got a 90$ reservation blocking on my card. Then the guy started raising his voice even more and I figured out that I wasn't getting anywhere with this person and would not benefit from escalating the issue, so just pulled out and went to another UHaul location, waited for two three hours and got another truck which was a cancelled reservation. The guy who gave me the truck stated â€œPCH location is so well known for cancelling reservations without a callâ€ and he was not surprised with my story. Whatever, started moving at 2:30 pm, killed myself and the moving guys to complete the moving that day, of course paid a lot of extra as they worked late. I have been living at Long Beach since two years; this UHaul location is not new to me but this attitude surely is new and it is not good to me. I surely am not going to this location again. Regards,

Everything was perfect
The van i rented was fine but when i returned it one of the employees screwed up the rental dates and a 1,300.00 dollar hold was put on my card when the actual cost was 120.00
Try to give customers a closer location
The people working the counter we're incompetent. They had a hard time locating my reservation, expected next day return even though I stated I was traveling 1300 miles (I get 5 days but the employees were so idiotic they couldn't remember their own company policy), they didn't come check the truck with us, the truck's gas valve was broken, and there were questionable solicitors outside (on business property) handing out ripped paper with a phone number so they can help you move. No thanks.
The inside of the truck was disgusting. It clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. The cupholders had grease in the bottom. There was an old french fry laying on the passenger side footwell. the dolly mount was broken. I reserved dollies and they were not in the truck when I arrived. Really shoddy operation. All of my previous UHaul experiences have been great. This experience was really bad.
Truck reserved was not available. The only truck was available was the smallest on the lot a 10ft.
