I would recommend the location however would not recommend U Haul to anyone. You advertise $29,95 rental and by the time I got done the bill was $179! Do you know what happens when you rent a truck from Menards for $29,95 for four hours? They charge you $29,95! I will do everything I can to avoid renting from U Haul in the future!

The app is really clunky. It does not work well. I have downloaded the latest version too. The back of the truck had a bunch of cardboard. It sucks to get a truck that you are going to load up and find out that you have to unload it first.
ROSS ENot enough space to drop off the truck. Personnel only available during short daytime hours. Hard to get someone to answer the phone. Key drop box not clearly visible from storefront.

Richard SUpdate the pick up information to correctly walk you through how to get the key. There was no box on the back of the truck to get the key like the instructions and video said. I was at the location for 45 minutes waiting for a call back on how to get the key.
