Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMind you, I was supposed to pick up my equipment at the Browns towing. They never answered the phone or gave me access to the truck. I had to wait over 2 hours and then uhaul had to find me a new truck, 45 minutes away. I had to pay my helpers an additional 3 hours. This was not a good experience. The Lorain location did a nice job.
Lisa DPickup was set for Saturday a.m. Noone was at the site. Had to call and change trucks just to get my rental.
MATTHEW RLorain location on w 19th street made us drive a truck out of state with a check engine light on!!! And our scheduled pick up was 12noon, no one was there! We called and called and no answer! Finally at 139pm he strolls in!!! Unbelievable amount of unnecessary stress
Annalee GThe process was very complicated as far as being issued the rental IT took over a half hour. That being said...it was only the girl's 2nd day and I highly commend her on her service!!! She kept her composure despite all the problems we were having and handled herself very professionally!!! I thank her for her service!!
