Sid DI have rented this style car hauler many times from many locations. Not blaming this location. But this trailer had a few issues. The brakes did not work at all and after adding brake fluid it did not help and leaked out in one day. Also the ratchets that strap the the car down needed to be replaced on both side. One side was almost not useable. Location was great people. I will be back
Philip VUHaul completely messed up by assigning me to a pickup location after closing time, which meant I couldn’t pick up my auto transport trailer. After much time on the phone with UHaul, I decided to call this location and ask if they could help me after hours. Without hesitation, they agreed. I cannot thank the people at this location enough for picking up UHaul’s error.
Trent FThe app was so slow The bag that's hanging in the truck was in the way It had a plate with a screw on it that poked me in the foot
