In person customer service could have been better. Also, the app did not work completely. I was capturing photos for the van pick up inspection but the images were not being uploaded to the app, and I was trying several times (I use iphone 15 pro). Because of this I spent good amount of time from my rental time since I only rented for 4 hours.

The U-Haul was not only completely out of gas but the back storage area was filled to the fullest with the previous renters stuff. We had to pull all of it out before we could even start to put our stuff in there and took up a large amount of time.
