This location is unorganized and the guys at the shop rely on a person who’s remotely handling the rentals, but shouldn’t be, as he is grossly incompetent. This man reported the van stolen the day after he and I text that I’d be extending the van rental, and I was arrested at gunpoint for grand theft auto. Moreover, when I contacted him the following day about extending the van and retrieving my client’s belongings, he had no clue how the process worked, and after two hours of waiting, I went online and found the corporate contact person for impounds, spoke to the right department who handles impounds. I connected the two so they could coordinate the van retrieval. However, that took a week, because corporate didn’t follow the instructions from the city parking department. When I received my bill, I saw that I was charged for the impound fees of $159 per day. So I will be disputing this and taking them to court if they don’t eliminate the charges, as I cannot rent from U-haul until it’s paid.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMore information is needed when you order from this location, I lost 45 minutes of time on the phone and talking to people thru chat and voice all because I didn't have a code for the Lock Box. The online ordering process did not work very well, Im standing in front of the location uploading pictures of my drivers license, then Im required to take photos of the vehicle to upload. This would not work for an older person or someone who is not tech savy. I will make sure in the future to go to a location that has a human being to help me. Otherwise all worked well for the move
