The truck back door didn’t closed down and I was not able to use the truck for moving my belongings. Customer service was terrible, the guy didn’t try to assist me or even answer any of my questions. I would NEVER come here again! The guy didn’t try to reach out to see if he could offer any assistance- waste of money and time. Instead of making sure customer was satisfied his main objective was to listen to a podcast and offer terrible customer service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved the van with no insurance but when I went to the place Nova storage in gardena he put insurance in the van. I told him I never get insurance out of all the rentals I get I never get uhaul insurance. I called corporate sales on the same day of rental and they transferred my call and said they would take the insurance off. I only had this problem once before and I the manager insisted I pay for the insurance and he would reimburse me but I declined because I like to show the clear history that I never purchase uhaul insurance. Derrick BWhile they were pleasant, I got the truck on an empty tank. Not sure how the previous renter was able to show they had a quarter tank while they didn’t. I only drove maximum 10 miles so I know I didn’t drive enough to take it empty. I had to put gas in it to avoid the ridiculous fuel charge.
