The location and owner were great. The only issue was it was about a 45 minute drive from the location I requested to pick up from, which added extra miles to my trip and ultimately caused me to go over the initial quoted miles amount, so I had to pay an additional fee. I think additional distance to your pick up spot shouldn't count against your mileage when it's in the opposite direction of where you are heading with the truck.

Djuana HWe were very upset. We were supposed to pick up our truck in Dublin Georgia. When we got to the location we were assigned, they said there was no truck there and they had not had a truck for 6 months. We had to drive another hour to pick up a truck in Louisville Georgia. This error with u haul put us 2 1/2 hours off our schedule. We feel we should have been reimbursed for putting us off our schedule and we had to pay for our gas. Not happy at all and it caused us a lot os stress. We were trying to move our daughter home from college. The only happy moment was how nice the man was in Louisville.
