The facility is super convenient and the gentleman and lady at the location were friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and well maintained also. This is my new favorite location in town.

This was not the drop off location we were towed to. At this point I had to put in no's to the questions in order to submit but they were n/a
Angela FThe rudeness that I received from the man where I was supposed too pick up the truck at was inexcusable ... I went to pick it up the next week and he said he didn't have a truck for me but there were lots in the lot and made mega somewhere else.

Robert MJust have some type of something to wear when you return the equipment / trailer / truck, that you can go online and take pictures of the equipment and submit them to Uhaul showing the equipment was returned and not damaged when the business is not open.
