Reserved vehicle was not available at agreed upon time. Had to drive to a different site, pick up the truck, then come back to the 1st site to get the car hauler, then back to the 2nd site to load the car onto the hauler. (Because I was by myself, I had to leave my car at the 2nd site when I drove back to the 1st site to get the car hauler.) Would have been nice if Uhaul could have just upgraded me to a larger truck rather than put me through that hassle. This is not anything against the location - I understand sometimes people don't return things on time. This is a comment against Uhaul corporate.Vern N.

Over charged.. I moved 3.5 miles from my house..charged me 94.00 .. The man put me down for 40 in milage.. Charged 25 for cleaning.. And the truck was cleaned.. And 15 in insurance.. That I knew nothing about. I was charge 70 last time I used uhual were i did use 40 in mileage.. No cleaning charge.. No insurance charge.. He over charged me to move down the street.JAMESHA C.
I was very happy when he told me I could tent the small h haul for 29.99 for 16 hours. Plus he would hold a $200 deposit that would be put back on my card as long as I brought it back in the same condition in which I did and with the same amount of gas (it was on half) I did that too. My grand father can vouch. Now this man is saying I owe $131 and he's only trying to return about $100 less than what he's suppose to. This is the most fraud I've ever been through. You would think during a pandemic people would cherish other people's money and not be like that but I'm furious. I don't care how desperate I am the next time. I will continue to rent through the man on Dixie highway. Made claims that I drive 80 miles when in all reality I didn't. I drove no more between 10 & 12 miles. Both my places are 6 minutes apart. Customer rep blathered on about politics and COVID. I commented about one of his rants and he proceeded to tell me I acted like a child. I would have went somewhere else but I was on a time crunch and I needed the trailer. Additionally we heard gunshots outside while hooking up the trailer.Shawn O.

I've called countless times and been told to call back after 3pm , no answer at all and left voicemail to get clarification on why I'm being charged this fee and still have not received a response .
