PERRY POn Sat 6/ 28/25 I arrived in Johnstown and unloaded the truck and cleaned it out, I filled the gas tank, called the # for Sideways Fabs and the lady said I could drop it off and put the keys in the drop box that there was no one there at the time. I did not have to have it back until 7/1/25 but wanted to get it taken care of. When we got there the place looked like a junk yard, we found a place to park and put the key in the box. On Monday I called and when I told the lady my name and tried to talk to her she hung up on me, when I tried to call back it went to voicemail! I called U-Haul and told them about it and she took down my information. I went by the place and took pictures of the truck and location. So the truck was returned on 6/28 not 7/1. I am not happy with the way things were handled and I am upset about it! I am 72 years old and I think the system is very poor! Since then I have talked to several people who said they had issues too! I just today 7/10 received the receipt from bringing it back on 6/28!
Linda CSideways Fab didn’t even look like a business. The door that I opened to find an employee looked like the entrance to a cluttered garage. I had to yell in order to find an employee. Fantastic vehicle but I would NEVER return to this location ever again.
Chris CAgain, I don’t know why I’m being charged for the cleaning of the truck when there was mud in the truck when I got it and now I’m being charged for 25 dollars when it was the previous person
