My comments relate to the reservation. I first reserved a month in advance for 15ft. Later informed only 10ft available which I could make work. 10 minutes before pickup I receive call only 26ft available- way too large, more difficult to drive and doubled my fuel cost. With such a long lead time, U-Haul could have done better.

They had my order all messed up said it was an in town rental which it was not. I was billed $103 at pickup and then later after everything got fixed I was charged $170 the $103 came out of my account along with the $170 the $103 wasn’t refunded back like it should’ve been. They also didn’t come out look over the truck nor take the dolly out from previous renter did not order any equipment except the truck. So no I will tell everyone not to use this location they need to be removed from being a U-Haul dealer

CHARLES CThe person charged me 157 for 7 extra faked called his boss and agreed to 137 after pretending to be on the phone with his boss and I seen on his phone someone was calling as he was supposed to be talking to his boss
