The Lady that helped us was very patient and understanding even though there was a storm coming in. She stayed till we showed up for the truck. The people that answers the phone when she is busy or it's after hours were very helpful and friendly. I appreciate all the help that was given to me. Thank You

Betty ALucedale location was great the lady working there was very helpful , nice and made the transaction easy !! nothing to change at that location!
Richard WEverything was good with the equipment. Had issues with check-in process. It said the keys were in the back of the truck and they were not. They were inside the office. If they had not been there at the time, I would have been out of luck… Also, the past two times I have rented a u-Haul I also requested to rent a dolly. This time and the previous time I was not provided with one. Why offer to rent them if you don’t have them??? Very frustrating there - but it’s not just this location.
