Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing needs to be done. The guy running this location has great customer service skills and was an absolute pleasure to deal with (once again).
Doug OI ordered a vehicle at a different site in a different town. Had to go here to get a vehicle as the one I needed was about 30 mins away. Then when I got the vehicle I also had ordered moving blankets. They had none at this location. So I had to go to another town to get them. A lot of hassle when you book in advance online. Not sure the point of booking in advance when nothing is ready where you need it. Employee was great though
Michael FWould have been nice to have the tongue of the trailer off the ground. Heavy to lift onto the ball of the truck.
Ray Vcons - garbage in the driver's area, late arrival for pickup, inaccurate mileage and gas calculations pros - flexible drop-off
